1. Being insulted, without being offended.
   


2. Being disappointed, without feeling disappointed.
   


3. Receiving bad news, without being shocked.
   


4. You went to obtain gifts. Others received theirs and you did not received any. Still, you went home happy, without being disappointed.
   


5. At a gathering, people were being given cash gift of ten thousand naira each. By the time it was your turn to receive cash, money finished. Yet, you went home without being sad.
   


6. You have just put on your best attire and stepped into the main road. Suddenly, a car passed by and splashed dirt on your new clothes. You simply returned home, changed the dress and continued on your journey without being sad or disappointed.
   


7. While inside the bus, somebody stepped on your toes or shoes. You simply removed your leg, without complaining.
   


8. You asked your children to cook food, in order to save time by going to market then, only to come back and discover that the cooked food is messed up with salt overdose. Yet, you did not get angry.
   


9. Somebody sent you a gift, a very costly one. But you found out that a careless person has broken the gifts into irreparable parts. Still, you received the gift without complaining.
